When it comes to drinking, have you ever felt...?

Like it's so hard to resist and yet you hate how you feel afterward?

You're so good everywhere else, why is it so hard to say no to drinking? You give in way more than you'd like to and you always regret it the next day.

That it takes up way too much mental energy?

You wake up feeling exhausted and vow not to drink for a while, but then it's time for happy hour and you can't say no. You're always playing the game of should I, shouldn't I, and thinking about your drinking just takes up a lot of mental real estate.

Going out and not drinking is just too weird?

You'd love to take a break, but imagining attending social events without drinking feels so awkward and that you're depriving yourself of fun. Come on, everyone else is doing it!

I STRUGGLED WITH THESE THOUGHTS FOR
years

Drinking was my go-to for you name it:

  • Having fun
  • Relaxation
  • Stress relief
  • Confidence

Drinking on a Thursday night was my reward after being "so good" during the week.

I never went out to dinner or to an event without a glass of wine in hand.

Wine tasting was the epitome of fun for me.

But I also hated it.

I hated the way I felt the next day.

Exhausted. Let down. Ashamed.

Feeling so tired, thinking maybe my body was just horrible at processing alcohol.

And like a dark cloud of negativity followed me for days.

Wondering what the hell was wrong with me.

Why couldn't I moderate and always just stop at one?

My mind would race through the mental gymnastics:

I should lay off tonight. But won't that look weird? Ok, but only 2 drinks. You have an early morning.

The rules were exhausting.

And most of the time got broken.

Being good all week just made me want to over-indulge each weekend because I thought I deserved it.

I thought something must be wrong with me.

I knew I wasn't an "alcoholic."

But why the hell couldn't figure this out??

I was in a constant tug of war between wanting to drink less and wanting to drink.

IT WASN'T ME THOUGH.

I GREW UP IN A WORLD THAT

glamorized

ALCOHOL AND TOLD ME IT

SOLVED SO MANY NEEDS.

High-Energy, High-Performing Women on

Being Alcohol-Free

"Sobriety isn’t a limitation. Sobriety isn’t even a 'have to.' It’s a superpower."

–Brené  Brown

"I thought giving up [alcohol] was saying goodbye to all the fun and all the sparkle, and it turned out to be just the opposite.

That’s when the sparkle started for me."

–Mary Karr

"Sobriety was the field in which I began to remember

my wild."
Glennon Doyle

My best intentions were no match for this programming and the needs I was trying to meet through drinking.

Drinking is often much bigger than just a beverage in a glass. It tricks us into believing that we are meeting our core human needs with a glass of vino.

The secret to make alcohol insignificant?

Uncover the core needs you're relieving with a drink

Your brain is looking for a solution to a perceived problem.

If you don't know why you drink, you won't be able to change the pattern.

01

to manage stress

The days are long and hard and the work doesn't stop when you get home. You just need to relax.

02

because you need to turn off

It's go-go-go all day, your mind is buzzing with constant to-dos. Drinking is the one time you have to yourself to numb the stress.

03

you "deserve" a treat

You workout. You eat well. You are sooo good. You deserve to have a treat and reward yourself.

04

to have fun

Sometimes you just crave excitement and thinking about a winery getaway or Friday night happy hour with girlfriends just sounds so carefree.

05

to celebrate

Your big promotion. Having a great day at work. Your birthday. How else would you mark the occasions without some bubbly?

06

to belong

Aka, everyone else is doing it. Every social event you attend comes with the expectation to drink. It's the code.

07

because it's awkward socializing without it

You hate small talk. And get nervous going to events with people you don't know. Drinking helps you smooth away the social nerves.

08

you're restless or bored

You feel lethargic and not sure what to do with your time. Drinking is an event and can distract you from the fact that you don't feel that fulfilled with life at the moment.

"My win today is last night I went out to dinner with 4 friends and I didn’t drink. It was initially hard when everybody was ordering cocktails and my mocktail came, and it wasn’t good :( but then my friend started to tell us this very intense story about her mother's cancer diagnosis and I know that had I been drinking, I wouldn’t have been as truly present for her at that moment. The rest of the evening was filled with so many laughs and easy connections. I went home and slept so well, and this morning I am energized and happy. It’s such an illustration of how being social with friends fills you up in such a positive way, but then we are compelled to throw alcohol into the mix, and it just dilutes the experience. It’s like alcohol competes - not complements - the organic experience of simply being with people who make you feel joy. Sharing this here bc I’ve never experienced this phenomenon before, so clearly :)"

- Catherine

"I have been alcohol free since January starting with your program and have followed you through all of them. What becoming AF has done for me is nothing short of incredible!

The growth I have had over the last year is something I never thought I would see. I am more positive in life and have followed through with things i normally wouldn't. Becoming AF has allowed me to dream again and know that I am worth WAY more than my 9-5."

Amy

"I don't miss alcohol. I'm much more fulfilled and happier and feel like the sky is limit. 100% recommend this course to anyone looking to evolve themselves."

— Meghan

"314 days AF! It’s the best decision I’ve made for myself and can’t imagine going back."

BL

"120 days alcohol-free so I feel good about that!"

"I am just so grateful that the cravings for alcohol have totally gone and how strong the feeling is that I never want to go there again. I never thought I'd feel this way."

— Laura

here's what makes my approach different

THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU

The vast majority of drinkers overdrink. Hell we were taught to drink since we were teenagers and alcohol is pushed on us all the time. It's no wonder.

THIS IS AN INTUITIVE CHOICE

There's definitely nothing wrong with you, but a little voice inside is saying you are made for more. That voice is your intuition and it has a little hint on how much better life can feel.

THIS ISN'T A SPRINT

While we will be challenging ourselves to a 22 day break from alcohol, your progress, not perfection is all that matters.

YOU HAVE FULL AUTOMY

Banish the word forever out of your vocab. This is about changing your relationship with alcohol and you get to decide what comes next after the break. Whether you want to drink less or keep going alcohol-free, it's up to you.

HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE SHIFTS

Learn to re-parent yourself by taking care of your emotional needs. Develop a morning routine, a gratitude practice, and a space for yourself to feel and breathe.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Get to know yourself and your emotions in a brand new way. Learn to shift limiting beliefs and uncover what you want most in life.

"I haven't drank in a few weeks and I love that I have not been hungover once. I love that my face, skin and eyes look younger and more glowing. I don't know what's in store for me on the long term, but for now I'm enjoying a very healthy season. Thank you so much!"

— Erin

— Kristin

I experienced it. I've seen it thousands of times. This is what happens when you remove alcohol:

Sleep better

Alcohol reduces your REM sleep cycles (even just one glass) and fragments your sleep, meaning even when you clock in 8 hours, you wake up exhausted. Once your body rebalances, your sleep with vastly improve.

Feel happier

Alcohol induces the body to release cortisol and other stress hormones, giving you way more anxiety. It also lowers your levels of dopamine, serotonin, and GABA, only the neurotransmitters that are responsible for making you happy. Take a break and watch as your mood elevates. Plus you'll feel so proud of yourself and loved.

Look 5 years younger

Drinking breaks down collagen in the skin and increases wrinkles. It also changes blood flow to create blotchiness and dehydrated skin. A 3 week break has been proven to vastly improve how you look.

Get your energy back

Your body won't be working overtime to detox alcohol and sleep will get so much deeper. You will wake up with so much more energy and motivation to go after what you truly desire in your day!

Save money

Drinking is expensive and adds up over time. Grocery bills. Restaurants. Bars and pubs. Wineries, etc. The average drinker spends between $3000-7000 on alcohol a year. Imagine using that towards your next vacation or a retreat.

Gain confidence

Every day you'll be growing your self-esteem and showing yourself love by looking after the future version of you. That confidence will spill over into other areas of your life.

Open the door to the new

With all the time, energy, motivation, and creativity you'll get, you're bound to discover a new sense of fun, passion or purpose. Many of my clients go on to launch businesses or write books. You never know what your next chapter will be until you go for it.

Hi.

I'm Karolina Rzadkowolska. I’m a certified alcohol-free life coach and bestselling author who specializes in helping highly intuitive women make alcohol insignificant and harness their true potential.

I’ve been featured in 40+ articles on media platforms like Real Simple, the Huffington Post, Elite Daily, The Sunday Post, Katie Couric, and PopSugar, and have been on multiple TV shows.

My book, Euphoric: Ditch Alcohol and Gain a Happier, More Confident You helps regular drinkers let go of limiting stories around alcohol and step into their truer purpose.

I’ve spoken to thousands of people at events, workshops, online events, and podcasts on shifting your mindset around alcohol, and when I’m not speaking, I work with high-level clients, helping them make alcohol insignificant and live a bold, empowered, confident alcohol-free lifestyle and go after much bigger dreams.

I believe transforming your relationship with alcohol is the key to an empowered, fulfilled, joyful life. It opens the floodgates to creativity, intuition, drive, and self-love. And when women remove what no longer serves them, they can and do change the world.

Suffice it so say. I believe you are immensely powerful. And that power lies in your self-discovery away from a fermented beverage. I would be honored to be your guide on this journey.

Join for less than your monthly drinking expense

Studies show the average drinker spends around $400 a month on drinking. That's why I want to make this a no-brainer for you. Consider this a way to save money and a beautiful investment into yourself over the alcohol industry.

Questions?

I'M FEEL NERVOUS ABOUT COMMITTING. WHAT IF I FAIL? I'M SCARED I WON'T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT 22 DAYS

There is no shame, guilt, or blame included in this program. It’s about your PROGRESS and growth. Drinking again is just a learning opportunity. When you see it that way, you start to get curious about it instead of feeling shameful. We go over how to get back up again, how to get the momentum to commit to your best ability, and we tackle mindset blocks every single week.

You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something new.

I HAVE AN UPCOMING SOCIAL EVENT. SHOULDN'T I WAIT UNTIL AFTER WHEN MY SCHEDULE IS BETTER?

I was stuck in this loop for a long time. There never seemed to be a good time to take a break from alcohol. There was always something on the horizon that prevented me, like a wedding, vacation, or event. Life will always get in the way. The secret to change is practicing your new skills in the real world too. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t start sooner.

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT QUITTING FOREVER. I JUST WANT TO DRINK LESS.

Trust me. It is nearly impossible to drink less in the long-run, sustainably without first taking a solid break from alcohol. You have all the autonomy in the world to choose what you want to do after bootcamp, but allow yourself see what's possible with a break. You won't regret it.

IS THIS LIKE AA?

Nope.

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY RELATIONSHIP WITH ALCOHOL BUT DON'T HAVE A SEVERE DRINKING PROBLEM AND FEEL EMBARRASSED JOINING SOMETHING LIKE THIS. IS THIS FOR ME?

Have you ever heard of the term gray-area drinker? You don’t have to be falling down every night for alcohol to be a major incongruency in your life, preventing you from experiencing the full embodiment of health, happiness, and drive you dream of. That’s what’s amazing about the new alcohol-free movement. It’s meant for ALL drinkers. I haven’t met one person whose life wasn’t radically changed when they took a break from alcohol and I can promise it will make big results for you too, regardless of the quantity of your drinking. It’s not embarrassing to change bad habits, engage in personal growth, and unleash the best version of you.

WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE PROGRAM?

TBD

I CAN'T MAKE ALL THE LIVE CALLS.

All the lives calls will be uploaded into your course dashboard so you can watch the replay.

WILL I HAVE TO BE ON FACEBOOK?

No. Our community will be housed in Slack, where you can share daily wins or go over any challenges. There is a very active private Euphoric FB group at your disposal if you'd like to engage there too.

IS THIS FOR WOMEN ONLY?

No, men are welcome too. Because of my own experiences and perspective, I do attract mostly women, but love working with growth-oriented guys as well.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Dry Bootcamp is a live immersive coaching program. You will have access to live coaching and lesson materials immediately upon enrollment. Therefore, there are no refunds. Trust yourself to show up and you will make changes.

CAN I GET 1-ON-1 SUPPORT?
