My name is Karolina Rzadkowolska and I stopped drinking alcohol almost four years ago. It was probably the most beautiful and life-affirming decision I have ever made to honor myself, embody self-love, and uphold the vision of how I want to show up in this world.
But the exciting work of becoming that woman was what came after.
Through countless hours of introspection, coaching, personal growth experiences, and growing myself beyond my comfort zone, I am on a mission to create the biggest, boldest, most empowering expression of my life.

Logistics
The retreat begins on Saturday afternoon on November 26 and ends a week later on the following Saturday, December 3, 2022.
Please have your incoming flight to Puerto Vallarta land before 4 pm on November 26. You will be picked up at the airport and driven to the marina (15 minutes) and driven in a boat to the eco-resort (35 min). Checkout is by 11 am on the following Saturday. Please have your return flight from Puerto Vallarta leave past 11 am, when you will be returned to the airport.
Should you wish to extend your stay in Puerto Vallarta before or after the retreat, your pickup or drop-off will be at the marina.
The transfer to and from the airport is covered in your retreat payment.
You'll be responsible for booking your own flights.

Do I have to be alcohol-free to attend?
Yep, basically. This experience is meant for women who have been working to transform their relationship with alcohol and stop using it as a coping mechanism. It's important that you've been questioning, re-evaluating and working on a sober-curious journey and committed to working on your growth.
This is a fully sensory, empowering, present, and mindful experience and obviously, there won't be any drinking involved. All participants will be required to sign a statement indicating so. As this resort may host other groups and has a bar available, no drinking from our group will be tolerated.
This retreat also isn't a "how to change your drinking" course (find info on a program like that here) or any kind of dogmatic recovery framework, but rather a gorgeous exploration into what's next? It's all about growing and expanding beyond the limits of our identities and stepping into our full and powerful purposes.
How do I sign up?
Today, you'll submit a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. In August, the final payment of $2600 will be due (single room) or $1900 (shared room). This is an intimate group and spots are very limited to only 14 women.
What is the resort like?
A fantasy! Each room is perched in the jungle with an ocean or jungle view. Each room has three walls and is open to the view.
The resort has 4 gorgeous yoga rooms, a beach area, a pool, a lounge chair area, a communal dining area for meals, coffee and snacks, and a spa. All of the photos on this page are from the resort :)
What does the price include?
The retreat is includes 7 nights stay in a gorgeous eco-resort in the south of Puerto Vallarta. Depending on which option you choose, it is either $3100 for your own private room with a private bathroom or $2400 for a shared room with two double beds (you will be matched with another woman), also with a private bathroom.
Your stay will include all meals served at the resort at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with plant-forward meals.
The price also includes every single activity and excursion, including daily mindset sessions, 3 yoga classes, 1 sunset yin yoga session, ice bath therapy, hike to waterfalls and lagoon, Yelapa and Majahuitas excursion, Temazcal ceremony, cooking class, kayaking, snorkeling, hike to secret beach Colomitos, plenty of beach time, and the option to add on massage or spa treatments (these are not included in the price).
What's not included?
Airfare and travel insurance.
How do I get there?
Xinalani is located south of Puerto Vallarta and is not accessible by road. But don't worry, we'll take care of every single detail for you to easily get there! After flying in to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, you'll get transported to the Marina (15 minutes) and then a private speed boat to the resort (35 minutes). Many of us will arrive together and be transported at the same time.
What about COVID?
Mexico has been open throughout COVID, and I've visited Puerto Vallarta many times. Mexico is open for travel and is relatively easy to travel to. The resort undergoes all precautions to sanitize the spaces.
Is the deposit refundable?
Because Mexico is fully open and the resort has a strict no refund policy, the deposit is non-refundable. Please plan accordingly. You can read the full refund policy here.
Is it open to men?
My Euphoric coaching programs, courses, and community are all open to men, but sorry fellas, this retreat is for women (womxn) only.
